Terms & Conditions

1.1 A provisional reservation may be accepted by telephone, e-mail or post subject to availability. The reservation will expire unless a fully completed Booking Form is received within 14 days of the date of the provisional reservation or of the date on which the client receives a Booking Form.

1.2 A firm booking is not made until we receive a fully completed Booking Form and payment in full.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse attendance on our programmes unless a fully completed Booking Form and payment have been received.

2. Payment
2.1 All fees are payable in advance and should be paid at least 28 days prior to the first day of the programme. We reserve the right to refuse attendance on our programmes if payment has not been received.

2.2 Cancellations and applications to transfer bookings will be accepted by post or e-mail.

2.3 In the event of cancellation we will retain cancellation charges at the following rates of the programme fees for the periods prior to the relevant programme start date:

2.3.1 Between 6 weeks and 4 weeks – 50%

2.3.2 Less than 4 weeks – 100%

These charges will apply even if the participant rebooks at a later date.

2.4 We have absolute discretion as to whether to permit a transfer of a booking to a substitute participant. In any case a fully completed Booking Form needs to be received by us before any substitute participant is accepted.

2.5 We reserve the right to cancel or alter a programme without prior notification. In the event that do have to cancel a programme, our liability will be limited to a refund of the programme fee.

2.6 Learning Consortium will reserve hotel accommodation for individual participants on receipt of a Booking Form. The individual participant or sponsoring organisation is responsible for the payment of the individual hotel account and any charges that may occur (such as cancellation).

3.1 We reserve the right to refuse access to any programme (or to any part of a programme) where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the (continued) presence of any participant would be detrimental to the programme.

3.2 Programme materials are the copyright ownership of Learning Consortium bvba and are for the personal use of participants only.

3.3 No video or audio recording of any part of the programme is permitted without our prior consent.

4.1 An invoice will be sent within 2 months, and joining instructions within 5 weeks, of the start of the programme.

4.2 All remittances should be made in Euros payable to: Learning Consortium BVBA
